AVL Warping Wheel

This has been my go-to warping tool for nearly 20 years. Originally designed and marketed as a way to speed up sectional warping for AVL’s dobby looms, it became my favorite tool for winding warps for all of my looms. I have also used it for winding skeins in preparation for dyeing.

$500. ($941 if new)

Beautiful Antique Swedish loom

Pictures coming soon!

Although the shafts are missing, this pretty little loom is in beautiful condition. The missing shafts and heddles can be replaced with shaft bars and texsolve heddles readily available from any dealer who sells Swedish style looms and parts.

I successfully wove on it using a Laotian Khao Tam Huuk in place of the more conventional set up. The warp was beautifully tensioned and the weaving went smoothly.

Asking $350
